Project No. XGMF-PJ2424

Project on creation of mechanisms for linking technology with social and economic value

It has been quite a few years since the VUCA era, and uncertainty is increasing every year. The industrial ecosystem is also changing its structure itself, transforming from a pyramidal to a layered structure. In such an era, the key is how to bridge or bridge the huge gulf that exists between technology and social and economic values (the so-called valley of death).
This project will examine mechanisms to bridge and bridge this large gap.

Purpose of Activity

The objective is to create a mechanism for investing in activities (other than technology development) that connect technology with social and economic value and maximize the power of innovation.
The goal is to develop recommendations for the creation of mechanisms for national and international government periods.
The outcome of the first year will be to organize and put together multiple proposals for what mechanisms will be needed to connect technology with social and economic value.
From the second year onward, based on the mechanism created in the first year, we will discuss with domestic and foreign government agencies whether it is worth investing in and brush up the mechanism.

Activities

Discussions will be held among the parties concerned to sort out what kind of mechanism will be needed to connect technology with social and economic values.
The organized content will be discussed and brushed up to see if it is worth investing in as ministry officials, etc.
