• How to contribute to the effective utilization and expansion of the ocean through the use of information and communication (search for areas of application and methods of application of information and communication)
• Identify the potential for expanding the use of the ocean in the field of information and communications. In the short term (within one year), identify areas to be addressed, establish a structure, and flesh out a plan.

Activities

• We will call on relevant organizations and experts in the marine field who agree with the project objectives.
