The XG Mobile Forum (hereinafter referred to as "XGMF") promotes the diffusion of mobile services and the development of mobile businesses in order to respond to changing needs for mobile communications, and also aims to contribute to the enhancement of the growth potential of the information and communications industry by taking an international leadership role in the Beyond 5G/6G era and creating innovative technologies and new use cases that are not bound by conventional wisdom or convention. The JCIC also conducts surveys and research on technology development and standardization related to 5G and 6G with the aim of contributing to the enhancement of the growth potential of the information and telecommunications industry by creating innovative technologies and new use cases that are not bound by common sense and convention, and by demonstrating Japan's international leadership in the Beyond 5G/6G era. In the course of these business activities, XGMF recognizes that it is an important responsibility to properly handle personal information managed by XGMF.
To this end, XGMF will comply with laws, guidelines, and other norms related to the protection of personal information, and will appropriately manage and operate information on specific individuals obtained through business activities (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") in accordance with such laws, guidelines, and other norms.

a. XGMF will use personal information obtained through membership applications, membership registration for each project, attendance notifications for various meetings, etc., for the following purposes within the scope of the business stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation.

(2) Information about the next meeting and seminars, lectures, events, etc. hosted by XGMF

a. XGMF will not provide personal information collected by XGMF to third parties, except in the following cases
