CEATEC2025 "5G/6G Special Day II" was held from October 15 (Wed.) to 16 (Thu.) at Convention Hall A of Makuhari Messe International Convention Center, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the XG Mobile Promotion Forum (XGMF), and the Association of Radio Industries and Businesses (ARIB), in conjunction with the Online The event was held in conjunction with an online conference.
The first day (Day 1) consisted of six sessions entitled "Evolution and Prospects of 5G/Local 5G," including Session 1 "5G Status and Prospects at Home and Abroad," Session 2 "Promotion of Industrial DX by 5G/Local 5G," and Session 3 "Further Development of 5G by Millimeter Wave," while the second day (Day 2) consisted of three sessions entitled Session 4 "Beyond 5G(6G) Global trend", Session 5 "6G and AI", and Session 6 "6G Strategy" were held under the title of "5G advancement, 6G latest status and outlook".
More than 1,100 people attended the two-day event on-site, and more than 1,000 people viewed the online event.
